The Columbiettes meet the 3rd Wednesday of every
month
(except summer months) at 7:00pm.
PINTA # 5 COLUMBIETTES, an auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus of
Wallingford, Connecticut became officially organized on January 26, 1969, when
29 women participated in a First Degree, Major Degree, and Installation of
Officers.
THROUGH A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES on the local, state and national levels,
members have made noteworthy contributions to causes that improve the lives of
others.
- Assisting Knights of Columbus with the Tootsie Roll Drive
- Campership grants for physically challenged youth
- Easter Egg Hunts for children
- Christmas parties for youngsters
- Basket Raffles
- Participation in town celebrations
- Adopting families for the Holidays
- Support and donations to un-wed mothers
- Retreats – Days of Recollection
